Sandra Annette Rogers has been an educator for 22 years in a variety of educational settings from a rural hut in Honduras, to a laboratory school at UCLA, and public classrooms in the US. She is a content developer, instructional designer, and trainer. Her areas of expertise are accessibility, bilingual education, computer-assisted language learning, e-learning, instructional design, developmental reading, and quality assurance. Sandra is a doctoral student in instructional design at the University of South Alabama. She has a master of arts in TESOL, as well as a TESOL certificate in the Principles and Practices of Online Teaching. She holds current elementary education teaching certification. She is a certified Quality Matters Peer Reviewer for quality online instruction.
